To amend a business permit in Luxembourg, the route depends on the change. A new permit, at EUR 50, is required if the activity changes or is extended, or if the manager holding the qualification changes. Departure of the qualified manager
Since the 2023 reform, an employee who has been with the business for 3 years can take over the permit and obtain the qualification within 5 years. Plan this handover before the departure.
