Grow: AI automation
AI automation for businesses in Luxembourg
In a young company, the owner spends a large share of their time on repetitive tasks: preparing a quote, chasing an invoice, sorting emails. AI can take over part of this, provided you keep control of anything that binds the company.
- Quotes, invoices and reminders prepared automatically
- Email triage and draft replies
- Human validation before anything is sent to a customer

In short
AI automation for business in Luxembourg means handing repetitive, low-stakes tasks to software: preparing a quote from a request, generating the invoice, scheduling reminders, filing emails or drafting replies. As elsewhere in the European Union, it must comply with the GDPR and leave the final decision to a person.
What is automated, and what stays human
| Task | What the automation does | What stays with you |
|---|---|---|
| Quotes | Prepares the quote from the customer’s form or email and your price grid | Check, adjust and send |
| Invoices | Generates the invoice when the quote or assignment is approved, with the usual mentions | Check amounts and VAT with your licensed accountant |
| Reminders | Schedules polite reminders at the due date, then flags persistent delays | Decide on a firm reminder or on debt collection |
| Email triage | Sorts messages by type: quote request, customer, supplier, administration | Read what matters and handle sensitive cases |
| Assistants | Drafts texts, summarises documents, answers internal questions from your procedures | Review before use and correct errors |

The safeguards we apply
- GDPR: data limited to what is necessary, a defined purpose, information for the individuals concerned and a contract with each provider processing data on your behalf.
- Hosting: checking where data is processed and the safeguards that apply to any transfer outside the European Union.
- Human control: no quote, invoice or customer message goes out without validation, and no important decision about a person is left to the machine alone.
- Transparency: if an assistant replies directly to your customers, they must know they are dealing with an AI system, as the European regulation on artificial intelligence provides.
What automation does not replace
An automation does not keep your books and does not replace the licensed accountant, who remains responsible for the entries and the filings. Nor does it replace legal advice. We do not publish prices: the scope depends on your current tools and the tasks selected, and it is quoted after the diagnostic.
Where to start
The best candidates are frequent, repetitive tasks that are easy to check: chasing an overdue invoice is the typical example. Rare or high-stakes tasks, such as a reply to an authority, stay manual.
Automation relies on clean data: a written price grid, quote templates and tracking of payments received. If these foundations are missing, the business coaching for the first 90 days puts them in place first.

Frequently asked questions
Can AI send invoices on my behalf?
It can prepare and schedule them, but we recommend keeping human validation before sending. An error in the amount, the VAT or the recipient binds your company. The invoice must also stay consistent with the books kept by your licensed accountant.
Is my customers’ data protected?
It must be, and it is a criterion when choosing tools. We check where data is processed, the provider’s contractual safeguards and the limits on data transmitted. You remain the controller under the GDPR: you decide which data is used and why.
Must I tell customers they are speaking to an AI assistant?
Yes. The European regulation on artificial intelligence provides for a transparency obligation: a person dealing with an AI system must be told so, unless it is obvious. Beyond the obligation, it is also a matter of trust with your customers.
Do I need to change software to automate?
Not necessarily. Many invoicing and mailbox tools already offer automation features or connectors. We start from your current tools and recommend a change only if it brings a clear gain, taking account of cost and adaptation time.
