Grow: Digital marketing
Digital marketing in Luxembourg for a young company
The Luxembourg market is small, multilingual and largely built on recommendation. Digital marketing works here when it is precise: one area, one language, one type of customer. We help you choose the right channels and measure what they bring in.
- Local search visibility and Google Business Profile
- Social media chosen for your customers
- Advertising tested on a small budget, then adjusted

In short
For a new company in Luxembourg, digital marketing starts with being found locally: a complete Google Business Profile and a website that ranks for searches on your trade and your town. Next come one or two social networks your customers use, then advertising, tested and measured before the budget grows.
The levers, and what they bring
| Lever | What it is for | Pace of results | What we measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local SEO | Appear on “your trade + your town” searches in Google | Gradual, over several months | Rankings, visits, enquiries from the website |
| Google Business Profile | Be visible on the map and in local results | Fast once the profile is verified | Calls, directions, clicks to the website |
| Social media | Show your expertise and stay top of mind | Steady, depends on consistency | Qualified followers, messages, visits |
| Online advertising | Reach a precise target right away | Immediate while the campaign runs | Cost per enquiry, cost per customer |
We promise neither a ranking nor a volume of customers: results depend on your market, your offer and local competition.

Prospecting and personal data
Prospect lists, newsletters and targeted advertising use personal data. The GDPR and the rules on electronic communications govern consent and the information given to individuals; the CNPD publishes the obligations of professionals. Some regulated professions also have their own advertising rules. We do not publish prices: each plan is quoted after the diagnostic.
Before you spend on advertising
A campaign sends visitors to your website: if it does not state clearly what you do and how to reach you, the budget is wasted. Start with a compliant, clear website, then a well-defined offer and price through the first 90 days coaching.
If you are considering public support to fund your digital transformation, check the conditions before committing the spend: see the SME Packages.

Frequently asked questions
Which channel should I start with after setting up my company?
For a local business, start with a Google Business Profile and a website that ranks for your trade and your town: these two levers reach customers who are already searching. For a business-to-business activity, direct outreach and a well-kept professional network often bring the first contracts faster than advertising.
What advertising budget should I plan?
There is no universal amount. We recommend starting with a limited test on a single target and a single message, then comparing the cost per enquiry with the margin a customer brings. The budget increases only if that calculation is favourable.
Do I need to communicate in several languages?
Yes if your customers speak several languages, which is common in Luxembourg. One campaign or post per language works better than a mixed message. We choose languages according to your actual customers and your ability to produce quality content, not on principle.
Can I send prospecting emails to companies?
Email prospecting is governed by the GDPR and by the rules on electronic communications, which set out when prior consent is required and require a simple way to unsubscribe. Check your situation against CNPD publications or with a lawyer before launching a campaign.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody controls Google rankings or your customers’ buying decisions. We commit to a method, written actions and transparent monthly measurement. You decide on figures rather than impressions, and stop what does not work.
