Coaching for the first 90 days of your business
The first three months often shape what follows: first clients, first prices, first management habits. We support the manager on these topics, with regular meetings and written deliverables.
- Realistic, quantified targets for the first quarter
- Prices built from your costs and your market
- Organised prospecting and a monthly dashboard

In short
The 90-day coaching helps the manager of a new business in Luxembourg set targets, calculate prices, organise prospecting and follow a simple dashboard. It is management and business development support. It does not replace legal advice, tax advice or bookkeeping.
The four topics we work on
| Topic | What we work on together | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Targets | Target revenue, number of clients needed, fixed costs to cover | A quarterly target broken down into monthly targets |
| Pricing | Cost price, time spent, market prices, price excluding tax and VAT | A reasoned price list and quote templates |
| Prospecting | Priority target, prospect list, message, follow-up rhythm | A weekly prospecting plan you can sustain |
| Dashboard | Sales and cash indicators to track | A one-page dashboard, updated every month |

What this coaching is not
This is not regulated advice. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice or investment advice, and we do not keep the books. For these topics, we refer you to a partner lawyer or an independent licensed accountant. We do not publish prices: the coaching is quoted after a diagnostic.
Who it is for
The coaching is for managers who have just set up their company or their self-employed activity: consultant, craftsperson, retailer, service provider. It is also useful when the company has existed for a few months without finding its commercial rhythm.
For first-year administrative obligations, use the first-year compliance checklist and the guide to obligations after formation.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set my prices at the start?
Start from three elements: the cost price of what you sell, including your own pay and your fixed costs, the prices charged in your market, and the value the client gets from it. Reason excluding tax and check whether the VAT exemption applies to your turnover. We build this price list with you.
Is this regulated advice?
No. The coaching covers management and business development: targets, pricing, prospecting, indicators. It includes no legal advice, tax advice or investment advice. When a question falls into those areas, we refer you to a partner lawyer or an independent licensed accountant.
Do I need to have clients already?
No. The coaching is designed to start from zero, right after the company or the activity is set up. If you already have a few clients, we start from their profile, what convinced them and their objections to define the priority target and the prospecting message.
Which indicators should I track each month?
A small number is enough: enquiries received, quotes sent, clients signed, revenue invoiced, cash collected and available cash. What matters is to track them every month, at the same time, and to decide based on them rather than multiplying indicators that nobody reads.
