Recipients and transfers
Our team and, as needed for your file, the lawyers, notaries, licensed accountants, bank and authorities involved (Luxembourg Business Registers, Ministry of the Economy, registration administration, CCSS). Technical processors include our host (Vercel Inc.), the tool receiving quote requests, email, and, when the assistant drafts an answer, a language-model provider. Some are based in or process data in the United States; transfers rely on Chapter V GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept as long as needed to handle them, then deleted or anonymised. Client files are kept for the duration of the contract and then for the legal periods that apply, notably accounting and anti-money-laundering rules.
