In short
Our services are described in a written quote. Fees are stated excluding VAT, third-party costs are recharged at cost, and each professional (lawyer, notary, licensed accountant, bank, authority) acts under their own responsibility.
1. Scope
Business Registration SARL-S (RCS Luxembourg B259599, business permit 10133071/1) provides company formation, formalities and advisory services described on the site and in the quote. The accepted quote prevails.
2. Prices
Fees exclude VAT; 17% Luxembourg VAT applies. Notary, registration, LBR, chancery and bank fees are never included: they are recharged at cost, without markup, and estimated in the quote. A fixed fee is not a fixed total cost.
3. Our role
We coordinate the file and prepare and file formalities. We are not a law firm, a notary office or an accounting firm. Articles are drafted by lawyers, authentic deeds received by notaries and accounting kept by an independent licensed accountant.
4. Introduced services
Registered office, dedicated office, accounting and resident-director mandates marked “introduction” are provided and billed by the provider concerned. A registered address is not a physical establishment for the business permit.
5. Third-party decisions
Bank account opening, permits and register entries depend on the bank and authorities; we do not guarantee outcomes. If a file is rejected, we reply to the authority’s letter at no charge under the assistance guarantee.
6. Governing law
Luxembourg law applies; Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
