Outsourcing a Luxembourg company incorporation for your client
Published on 10 October 2026 · Updated on 10 October 2026
In short
Business Registration acts as a Luxembourg incorporation partner for law and accounting firms, tax advisers, private banks and foreign advisers who need a Luxembourg company for a client. We verify the beneficial owners, coordinate the lawyer drafting the articles and the notary, then file with the RCS and the UBO register. You remain your client's point of contact.
Who it is for
- Foreign firms: tax advisers, lawyers or accountants whose client needs a Luxembourg entity.
- Luxembourg professionals: firms that prefer to outsource the formalities side of an incorporation.
- Private banks and wealth managers: who guide a client towards a holding company or an investment vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
Do you contact our client directly?
Only for what the regulations require, notably identity verification and signatures. Advice and the commercial relationship stay with you, as you remain your client's point of contact. The contact arrangements are agreed with your firm at the start of the file.
Can you turn down a file?
Yes. If the checks on the beneficial owners, the source of funds or the activity are not conclusive, we do not start the incorporation. These checks take place before any commitment and before any filing, so a file is filed only once the review is complete.
Do you pay introducers?
No commission is paid to a regulated profession without prior ethics validation. For other partners, any terms are reviewed case by case and put in writing. We offer no referral fee to a regulated profession until its ethics rules have been checked.
Which company types can you incorporate?
SARL-S, SARL, SA, holding companies and general partners of funds, among others, once you have validated the structure. Vehicles requiring CSSF authorisation fall to licensed players, with whom we coordinate the corporate side. Tell us the target form in the brief.
